"The property sits atop a mountain ridge that oversees the Ruidoso NM village below. We had a nice quiet stay. The property management was kind and helpful. The property is older. Everything was clean and in working order. Our two bedroom apartment was one of the cleanest stays we had ever had anywhere. It is a great value. The spa/hot-tub was not available when we were there. "My family really enjoyed our stay here. Only thing is pullout couch had not been cleaned. There was a beer cap and some other trash on the pullout couch. I also wish there was a dead bolt or double locks on the door instead of just the doorknob. Thankfully my husband piled the stools and recliner against the door to give me peace of mind. Other than that it was nice, quiet and nobody bothered us. Oh and you also have to wash your own dishes in the kitchen or they charge a fee. We already clean...
