"They took booking for 3 nights, never sent email with entry code and did not answer phone calls had to book different hotels, basically they just stole £226.80 and have ignored me. It’s a con do not book, may report to police for theft."

"Very well-organized and they paid a lot of attention to detailing every aspect and documenting it on their website. The self check-in and check-out is smooth and went without any issues. All appliances worked perfectly. The hallway was a bit noisy, especially when other apartments close their doors, it shakes the whole apartment. The check-out is 10 AM which I consider early."

"Overall, perfectly adequate and well priced. Decor a little dated, but room had everything we needed (just about). Main feedback is you need to change your mattresses as they are lumpy and not super comfy. We cooked in the room and there were a few things missing : Oven glove Scissors Larger cooking pan/wok as there were 5 of us. Apart from that, cannot fault the owners and would stay again (if mattresses are changed). One thing to note - it is a little too far out for central London (30-40mins...

"Overall, the apartment hotel is good. However, it is not convenient for drop-offs or pick-ups because the street in front of the hotel is designated as a bus and tram zone only. Guests will need to be dropped off a block away to access the hotel. On the other hand, if you arrive at East Croydon Station, the hotel is located just across from the station. "

"Despite me getting back to their email straight away, they did not confirm the check in time (you have to meet someone at the property) until the day before and that was after many ignored messages and calls. They asked for a £250 deposit on a 1 night stay that a week later is yet to be returned (there is no argument that the property was left in exactly the condition it was found). The shower was broken and there was no hot water. They asked for extra money on leaving for an "extra linen"...

"The accommodation is very convenient and well-appointed, offering a good balance of location and price. However, cleanliness could be improved; I found dust and leftover items from previous occupants under the bed. Additionally, the constant sound of doors slamming was somewhat distracting. Despite these issues, I would consider staying here again due to its prime location and affordability."

"We come to Lingfield twice a year for leisure. Always enjoy our stay, food is good and staff are excellent. Although this time we were woken up by young women having a good time at 2 am so wasn’t very happy couldn’t get back to sleep. Party goers should be put seedy from people who want to sleep!"

"Perfect for a one night stay at Gatwick. Flight arrived at midnight. Bloc had sent me a WhatsApp with my room number and ability to unlock the room from my phone. Room was small but perfectly arranged so it was cosy with all needs catered for. Easy to get temperature perfect. Bed was comfy. Shower pressure was great in wet room and good coffee. Would happily stay again."

"The hotel was comfortable enough for a stay before an early flight from Gatwick's South Terminal. Lots of people were checking in when I arrived, but check-in was still quick. Rooms were comfortable and clean enough. I liked the fact that food was available via room service all night, as I arrived at the hotel late. However, I ordered a pizza, and it was quite cold when it arrived. Hotel is linked to the airport, so that is really convenient. A good overall stay. "
