"I love how reasonably the prices and how nice the staff were. I could get out and walk to several restaurants and downtown was only a few minutes past that. My only issues are with Vernon itself--given they don't ration much for crosswalks and sidewalks on the main road. Also, a house behind the hotel had a party until 3:00 am one night, which kept me up, but that wasn't the hotel's fault. "

"Just didn't feel comfortable. Booked and only offered a double room, when we arrived the clerk hinted it would be more " as we get more for a double room", I complained that was all the web showed and at a fixed ( prepaid) price. She mumbled then said " only use one bed" NOT a friendly welcome and the clerks broken English was appalling for someone in the hospitality industry. The room however was excellence as was the pool. Breakfast was sparse but adequate. Denny's is just across the road...

"Unfortunatly this motel continues to decline. Rooms are very dated, furniture & fixtures old. However bed was comfortable. Has mini fridge & microwave. Most of the rooms are rented on a monthly basis on ground level so you will have to climb some stairs. Close to food/restaurants. fairly noisy area,bring ear plugs. Not the best part of town but priced accordingly.Lower grounds fenced off for the long term tenants with no access to pool,( which was empty anyways.)"
