"I loved the parking, convenient to shopping and plenty of dining options. I did not like the bar drinks not being hand mixed but rather bottle drinks and not served in proper glasses. I also did not like room service foods served like on an airplane."

"The Expedia reservation could not be found by the hotel. The hotel manager says Expedia failed to escalate the reservation and notify the hotel. Marriott was kind enough to provide a room so my family could stay. I’ll never use Expedia again and will be podcasting this experience and relaying it to my 150,000 followers "
