"The house was new and very clean. Garden around the house was lovely. Sunset views were amazing. Jorge was nice and very responsive. We had issue with unpleasant smell in bathrooms on rainy and windy days ( due to air pressure). Parking was not next to the house and sometimes unavailable so we had to park on a street below. "

"Excellent property and owner. Communication to get in to property etc clear and in good time. Apartment super clean, modern, excellent decor and well stocked. We cooked all our one week stay and had all we needed. The dishwasher and washing machine added luxuries. Ate most days on the balcony in December. Right in centre of city but on a quiet street so extremely quiet and no sound indoors. There were other people above and below but couldnt hear them in apartment. Superstores for food...

"Unterkunft war in Summe ordentlich, auch in Bezug auf Ausstattung (AC, kleine Geschenke etc.). Leider waren die Fenster nicht wirklich schallgedämmt, sodass die nahe Bar/Disko mit ihrer Musik/Gästen vor der Tür uns den Schlaf geraubt haben. "

"The property is a 15 minute bus ride from the centre of Funchal, in the Santo Antonio area. We really liked this as it felt like being in a very normal suburban area, even if this area did bring the world Ronaldo! If you are looking to incorporate a visit to his childhood club or the small pitch where his house once stood, then you could barely be better situated. "A very relaxed ambience at rhe hotel. Staff were always helpful and responsive. Front desk staff were helpful with ideas for trips. Main plus for us was safe beach / sea access right next to the hotel. Slight downside was the room was dated, bad lighting in the room. And no proper coffee available other than at the bar which opened in the evening. Overall we had a really nice stay and would consider staying again. "
