"Very nice accommodations. The staff was impeccable and all deserved top wage. They went above and beyond for our family. Providing snacks and care when we had to stay extra because our family wasn't feeling well. The pool area was very nice and breakfast was great. My only complaints were that we beds were very uncomfortable and there are a musty ammonia smell in the corner of our room when I think wet towels had been left at one point previously. "We came to Crosslake for the Winterfest. Nicest hotel we have stayed in for a long time. Very clean. Adequate breakfast. Easy checkin and check out. Clean pool and hot tub area. All equipment worked. Highly recommend. Liked the north woods theme."

"The property was beautiful outside. Fall is a great time to go to Walker. When we checked in the receptionist, she was nice and bubbly. However, when we went to the restaurant/bar for dinner, it was closed. Nothing was mentioned when we booked it. That was one of the main reasons we wanted to stay there. There was another party wanting to know when breakfast is served and they laughed and said no breakfast. It is 10 miles or so into town. The rooms were nice and large. Called and Asked for...
