"This is a traveler’s Hilton. It is much more basic than a usual Hilton. My 81 year old mother was flying home the next day so we stayed the night to cut out a two hour drive to the airport. We took the shuttle to LAX the next morning so I could get her checked-in and in a wheelchair. Then I took the shuttle back. It was an excellent way to get her to the airport as she is a nervous flyer with limited mobility. "

"The hotel was clean, room was nice and comfortable, but the shuttle service (lack of) really messed up our experience. They say the shuttle runs every 20 to 30 min.. We waited at the airport for 1.5hrs with heavy bags, after a 6 hr flight, and had to call 3 times for the shuttle. "We escaped to the hotel after being evacuated from the fire. The hotel was one of the very few NOT to jack up their rates to take advantage of people leaving.
