"This is a unique high-quality hotel with good amenities. I enjoyed the modern art aspects, and the room was spacious and high quality overall. The hotel is a little further from underground than other hotels I've stayed at - but not challenging to reach. Breakfast was good - perhaps too fancy for me - I like a good English breakfast when I visor the UK, and felt the options were light on the more 'hearty' options (sausage/bacon etc). "Only dissapointing thing at this hotel is the fact that you have no tea/coffee making facilities in your room. If you want a hot drink, downstairs to reception you go. And it's not gratis. £2 a cup, each time. Seems to be a trend in these "hub" style city hotels which cater more towards the business guest. "

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
