"Absolutely stunning venue, surrounded by beautiful rolling hills. Staff are extremely friendly and we felt welcome throughout our entire stay. Definitely worth popping by the spa even if its to soak in the outdoor jacuzzi in the evening for a short dip. Afternoon tea im the Great Hall is a must, its simply too stunning a room not to! We were able to check-in a little earlier because my husband was a little under the weather when we arrived, and they offered to take some toast up for him which...

"Great little place to stay with really welcoming and friendly staff. We had a beautiful clean and cosy warm room with all the options as described in our booking. We dined in the restaurant and the food was tasty and well prepared. We would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to some local trails and town was an easy walk or drive down the road. Thank you"

I had not originally planned to go for breakfast so had not paid in advance. I had gone in to have a look what was on offer due to dietry restictions however the member of staff in there was practically chasing me around with a card machine. I felt very uncomfortable with her on my back and ended up paying £16.50 for 2 bits of toast as I felt like I wasnt suppose to...
