"Communication was excellent. They answered all of my questions prior to arriving. Loved the breakfast they left in the refrigerator - nice touch. Loved the fenced in backyard where I could go outside with them without being on leashes. Very clean. We felt safe walking the neighborhood with our dogs. The street lights were on and we felt safe walking at different times with the pups. It was nice they left a water bowl, towel to dry off their paws if needed and poop bags. Very nice touch. I...

"The Somerset suite we stayed in was beautiful and roomy. The jetted run was perfect after a weekend of hiking. The toiletries are not the cheap stuff you find at chain hotels but moisturizing shampoo and soap with shea butter. Susan has thought of everything you might need. "
