"We loved this little apartment! Its location is excellent to walk to all the sights and restaurants of York. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. We loved its location next to the city wall- very pretty. I could see how it would be hot in the upstairs in the summer since it was a tad warm when visiting in March. We would absolutely stay again."

"Always great when we stay at the little hide. We have been a few times just me and my fellas little getaway. Its our peace place with out the kiddies. Lovely and quite this time of year. Was on the cold side with the weather but the heater in the pod was amazeing at keeping you toastie. The only down fall for me was the magpie that seemd to haunt me whilst there hahaha. Really funny. The cafe food is excellent good price. Absolutely love this place."

"This is an excellent property. The apartment had absolutely everythig you could possibly need. We will definitely use this property again. Can highly recommend. "

"After a long day of travelling from Scotland and several train delays, the extra touches like juice and cupcakes for the kids and milk for our tea went down a treat, especially with the kids. Apartment was lovely, clean and comfortable, we booked a 2 night break, we even managed to go for a swim and sauna. Appreciated the cosy pillows on bed and cushions on the sofa, made it very easy to relax at the end of the day."

"What a lovely place. And Patrick the host was impeccable. They went above and beyond to deal with my chemical sensitivities, switching out to fragrance free soap & cleaners for me, and opening the windows and completely airing the apartment before arrival. They sent a great e-mail that explained in detail how to get to the property & how to access it. Worked flawlessly. The location was fabulous, we easily walked everywhere. Patrick even answered my questions about where to find a specific gift...
