"A very comfortable stay and convenient for our purpose. We ate both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant which were both very good. The only issue we had was the coffee machine broke at breakfast but the member of staff on duty went out of his way to ensure we didn’t go without. "

"The customer service was excellent. The hotel itself is lovely. The room was really beautiful and comfortable the only small issue we had was temperature control (the thermostat was a bit fiddly) and the water coming through the pipes from other rooms could be noisy at times but aside from that which wasn’t a major thing was fantastic. "Great stay, compact but comfy and quiet room with everything we needed. Good bar and restaurant, with good food both in the evening and at breakfast. All the staff were lovely, friendly and helpful, with a special mention for Kemi in the restaurant. Would definitely stay again. "
