"Nice gardens. Room was nice but quite dark. None of the windows could really be opened. Spa is very basic. One room! I think more 4star than 5. Staff were great. "

"This is a grand Palace, however, very few visitors, even in the midst of the peak season because of the poor maintenance as well as limited services. Our showers as well as toilet was in terrible shape. Go else with the worst I ever seen in my trip for a long, long time."

"Good hotel for the price, and—they’re not kidding—it’s an amazing view of the Fort. Helpful staff, and very conveniently located. Just a couple minutes walk to the clock tower and the main markets, even if the few roads right around it are decidedly unlovely. Only complaint: they have local musicians and dancing every night at dinnertime. Nice for 5 minutes, but if you’re like me and just want to enjoy a drink and quietly enjoy the view, it’s pretty annoying to have to attend a show each...

"This feels like a harsh rating, after seeing so many high ratings, but I was pretty disappointed with my stay here. I visited many other Havelis in Jodhpur, to eat at their rooftop restaurants, and all of them were cleaner, had more staff working, and had other people staying there. This place was eerily dead, and the restaurant is closed. This property is pretty cool, and the view from the roof is incredible, but it’s kind of crumbling apart. "Our room was clean, our bed was comfortable but we were on the ground floor and it was very noisy as it’s the way in and out of the hotel. It is in a great position for walking around the old town. Breakfast was ok, eggs, toast, pancakes and fruit in the roof top restaurant with lovely view of the fort. Wi-fi wasn’t great kept dropping out. Despite the room location and bad wi-fi I would recommend this hotel "
