"We loved our rooms at John Yancey! They were spacious and included a microwave and small refrigerator. The beds were quite comfortable. The continental breakfast was wonderful, offering juice, coffee, yogurt, bagels, toast, fruit, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal and more. The only problem we encountered was trying to get hot water. In the case of my room, it turns out the plumber who had recently serviced it had reversed the hot and cold water - so no matter how long I let the "hot" water...

"We have stayed here before, our room was clean, remodeled, and convenient to everything we wanted to do. Right off the ocean, so we coukd walk to the beach anytime. The staff was friendly and helpful. They had troubles with their new system, but worked right through it. We have already booked our next trip in May to stay here and ask for the same room."

"My husband and I stayed here for the first time this weekend, just for one night. We booked a king room, first floor room, however, when I was checking in, we were given a third floor room. This hotel does not have elevators, so you have to go up 4 sets of stairs to the third floor. The room was clean and the bed was mostly comfortable. They do offer a limited breakfast (coffee, waffles, cereal) from 7am to 9am. This hotel is located on the bypass, close to Starbucks, CVS, 17th Street, JK's...
