"This is a beautiful location with a very peaceful scene off the back porch and dock. I found the property to be well appointed and in good working order. We enjoyed the stay very much. Don’t sleep with the windows open if you don’t like the sounds of marsh field nature and a nearby commuter rail line which runs frequently. "It was a beautiful charming cottage! Had 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room, and a kitchen. It was very clean and neat. The owner was very nice and good communication. I would stay there again!"

"It is in a great location. We enjoyed being close to The National Seashore and in between Chatham and Provincetown.Nice to have the outside deck annd seating. Outside appearance needs work. Landscaping looks really bad. Needs new couch and lounge chair."
