"My friend and I had a nice stay at OROROSA Lucca City Center Apartment but I am happy we were only 2 of us as 4 or 6 people in there would not have been comfortable. Please also note the apartment was advertised with 2 bathrooms - that is not true - the apartment has got 2 toilets but not 2 bathrooms - there is only one shower. For 2 people it was nice and spacious with a living area, kitchen and toilet downstairs and a double bed, 2 single beds and a bathroom upstairs. The location was perfect...

"I stayed for 4 nights with my mum and son the apartment is very clean and in a very convenient location for the train station and supermarket also the tower and restaurants are very close by we had a really lovely time staying here I found it slightly noisy with traffic being located near to a busy road but it isnt a problem I would recommend staying here . "This disastrous unit should not be included in the list of hotels.com. The unit is not air conditioned in an area where the temperature can be 40+ c. "I have stayed in many properties around Viareggio for work over the past 2 years. I would stay here again. Very clean, everything must have been recently renovated because it's all like new. Internet not great anywhere but living room/bedroom. Nice back patio. Convenient to everything in Viareggio city proper with grocery store and butcher near by. Steps from the beach and promenade. great communication with managers."

"Accueil assez froid, très peu de contact avec les propriétaires et lorsque nous avions demandé du papier toilette, nous avons eu le droit à un grand coût de colère. Oui c'est une location mais les serviettes de toilettes et le papier hygiénique doivent être fourni non. Ma plus grande surprise, ce fut : une semaine avant notre arrivée dans ce logement Flavia, j'ai reçu un mail me demandant de payé 100 € pour les frais de ménage de fin de séjour. A payé avant notre arrivée... 100 € c'est abusé...

"The unit was clean and spacious. Central location in the historical district. Near bus. stops and the train station. Many shops and restaurants nearby. The only complaints that we have is that the bathroom sink drain was very slow and it took about 3 days and a few reminders to fix it. That was very inconvenient. Also, no hand towels or dish towels. The first few days the towels were locked up too."

"Road to property virtually inaccessible. Very remote to the point of no restaurant shops or anything really unless you drive 30 minutes near Lucca for nearest small supermarket . On arrival was asked for 300 euros cash deposit which didn’t have and then 20 euros per person for cleaning which would be taken off the deposit this was not made clear on website . Dark gloomy and damp property . Didn’t get what was advertised and booked and payed for and was expected to pay more . Booked 3 nights...
