"Kind of confusing at first to gain access to the unit, but the team was very easy to get a hold of (even on a holiday) and got me access very quickly. The unit itself was great. Very large, well furnished, good condition and a great view, with free garage parking. Only reason I didnt give five stars across the board is there is some construction still occurring on the properly to re-furbish the lobby and common areas, so only some of the elevators were working and construction crews around. "

"When I arrived I was told that they had no incoming reservations. I opened Expedia and showed my confirmation number and then was told only reservation was for me but they didn’t have a room for me. Almost went the whole Seinfeld episode on taking reservations and holding them. Lol But was a good thing because place was very sketchy. Cars in lot were almost all junkers. I think one even had a bullet hole in passenger door. My son who lives in the area said yeah police presence is there a lot. It...

"Hit or miss with hot water. Not all channels worked on the tv.No fresh towels or washcloths due to fact of them not telling me to wash them. Feels like i was robbed on day one."
