"This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had anywhere in the world. When we arrived the owner greeted us and said that we had not paid enough money on Expedia for the room. I told him we had paid in full for 4 nights. He said it wasnt enough money for the room, that he was no longer with Expedia, and that if we wanted to stay for the 4 nights, we would have to pay him extra cash. I told him that he had a contract with us through Expedia, and that we would report him. He said he didnt...

Great Stay!

"Well beyond expectation. Looking at the pictures before our stay, we thought it was going to be a so-so experience because the hotel doesnt look as big as others around the area. However, our experience was wonderful! Service was flawless, quick, and friendly. Room was spacious and clean, and it truly felt like a 5 star experience. Minor feedback is on how thin the walls felt as we can clearly hear noises from outside or from our neighbors. "

"Wonderful two nights escape at a legendary classic resort with a quiet, natural and serene setting, superb service from the staff ( Mr Sutrisna, Mr Eka and many others at Reception, restaurants, housekeeping and concierge ). Located at the very heart of Ubud makes it easy to visit many dining and sight seeing places nearby. However, food could be better in terms of choices and taste. Otherwise, a relaxing and memorable short stay and I would love to return again soon."
