"When I arrived for check in, they advised me that my room had been cancelled, however, I insisted that I did not cancel my reservation, they further checked my reservation, and the issue was fixed. I had no free breakfast, it was not included with my room. My washroom sink was plug in, however, they fixed the problem right away. The room is very clean. "

"Staff was so helpful! We arrived at 11am New Year's Day hoping to check our bags. They were able to check us in early which was amazing considering the Holiday. Our room was super clean with a comfy bed and pillows. I would definitely stay again!!"

"My review might be biased because my partner and I got engaged during our stay!!!!!!!! Yay! The room was great, we were able to check in early. We did pay extra per night for the parking but I would highly recommend it as it’s in a secure lot and we hardly used our car during our stay. "Fun place to stay and enjoyed the decor. The French press for coffee was great and thanks for providing real cream! And loved the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. All at a very low cost. I’ll be back! "

"The front staff could be more welcoming. But the room was lovely. It's modern and comfortable. The bathroom was great, especially the shower and bidet with heated seat. It was very clean. It is right across the street from the restaurant where we had reservations. We didn't realize there was a fee for parking. That is annoying. However, we found parking on the street."

"This is a lovely hotel in the Inner Harbor close to everything. All the staff were absolutely wonderful, cheerful, and accommodating. Our hotel accommodations were spotless. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, it was apparent they all enjoyed their jobs! We definitely will be back."
