"When I arrived for check in, they advised me that my room had been cancelled, however, I insisted that I did not cancel my reservation, they further checked my reservation, and the issue was fixed. I had no free breakfast, it was not included with my room. My washroom sink was plug in, however, they fixed the problem right away. The room is very clean. "

"Easy and quick check in with cider upon arrival. Room was ready so able to check in an hour earlier, very clean spacious room that was nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the ocean."

"My review might be biased because my partner and I got engaged during our stay!!!!!!!! Yay! The room was great, we were able to check in early. We did pay extra per night for the parking but I would highly recommend it as it’s in a secure lot and we hardly used our car during our stay. "No complaints at all about the hotel, room was very clean, love all the added touches throughout to make it so fun, appreciated all of the details to make it a super pet friendly hotel. Amenities were great although we didn’t get to use them and suggest they extend the hours slightly to make them a bit more accessible. The noise level inside the rooms if pretty high, I suggest bringing ear plugs as the noise from slamming of doors and the motel style walkway can get loud at night and the kfc...

"The front staff could be more welcoming. But the room was lovely. It's modern and comfortable. The bathroom was great, especially the shower and bidet with heated seat. It was very clean. It is right across the street from the restaurant where we had reservations. We didn't realize there was a fee for parking. That is annoying. However, we found parking on the street."
