Upon entering we could smell an odor it did not smell clean and the floors were dirty and our bed had food crumbs in it. When we got back to our room after eating dinner we found out our stove knob was broken, the water spicket was broken, the shower smelled like sweat and had soap scum on the shower heads this made it so no one could shower or use the...

"The unit didn't have air conditioning as advertised. It was 90 degrees when we got there at 11 pm and we couldn't cool it down, even with all the windows and doors open. We couldn't stay there. We were really disappointed because when we booked it said the unit had air conditioning and the property management people said it doesn't. We were mislead. "

"The room was fine… but don’t plan your vacation there anytime soon. They are remodeling the whole resort and have construction (drilling/sawing/hammering) from the hours of 10 AM-6 PM sooo unless you are planning on being out and about during those house then i guess you’d be fine. We wanted a relaxing stay in our room this weekend but we had to leave the hotel the entire day because the noise was soo loud. The entire resort is torn apart and there are construction workers everywhere. "
