"My friend and I stayed overnight there. Everyone was extremely helpful and professional. It was very clean and so convenient to the PPG arena where we attended a sold out event. (Elevation Nights) Only one thing negative that I need to mention. The air in the room was not working correctly. It was set to the lowest temperature but never cooled the room. "Recently updated, this was a lovely hotel to stay at. The front desk personnel was delightful. The room was comfortable and quiet. Excellent water pressure in the shower, I was actually able to wash my curly hair (iykyk). I would definitely stay here again. My daughter had a dance workshop at this hotel the next day so staying overnight made it very convenient. "
