"Hari kedua kamar tidak dibersihkan Air panas kdg nggak keluar Resepsionist nggak ramah agak kaku ."

"Nany and Lina (plus the other staff) were excellent and were very attentive. Housekeeping always made sure I had everything I needed. The only (minor) negative was that the water in the pool on the 12th floor wasn't very clean and I'm unsure how often it is cleaned. Other than that, everything was great!"

"The staff were kind and left a good impression. However, the shower pressure was weak and the water temperature was low, which was a drawback. Another downside was the large number of mosquitoes. The body soap had not been refilled. On the other hand, the interior, pool, and sauna facilities were good."
