"We stayed for 5 days the breakfast was excellent with wide variety despite very large numbers of dinners the turnover of food was excellent , plus I forgot in the breakfast dining room a beautiful cardigan which I was upset about as it was a present from my late mother and the manager of the reception managed to find it by using CCtv cameras , which I was very grateful , highly recommended and I will stay in the lovely hotel when I come back to Dubai."

"Amazing stay at the Avani Palm for our first trip to Dubai. Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment with sea view. Apartment was spotless clean with great facilities.. full kitchen and spacious lounge. Daily housekeeping and fresh towels.. staff were polite and attentive. Breakfast and evening meal options were good value as part of the package and plenty of choice provided. Hotel is in a great spot for the tram with a stop just outside the hotel..and easy transfer to the metro just a few stops away....

Ok but need a lot of improvement

"I stay for the 18th dec to 23rd, at first we rent 1 room, the we rent 2 more rooms for the last two days because my family visited me. Our first room is Ok , but hot water needed to wait about 5 mins then it started to get hot, the noise of the night club next door was so heard from our room, I didn’t know because we stay at 4th floor, so its not far enough or what but. We clearly can hear the beat. Then when i try to pay for an early check in for my additional 2 rooms, they don’t let me but they said they will help, at the end they only can checked in around 2.00pm and same issue with the hot water and the noise"
