"Absolutely stunning! We have stayed in some nice hotels over the years but this has to be the very best! Luxury and class at every turn. "There were a few issues I had whilst staying at the hotel. I had no hot water so the first shower was freezing cold. However as soon as i reported it someone came and fixed it. The next thing was access to my room. The key card intermittently worked and then on final night did not work altogether which being late at night was not something you want to wait for security to then come and fix it. However there is alot of good parts for instance the staff are very warm, respectful and courteous....

"We initially booked a horrible room at the Address Marina and chose to not ruin our trip to Dubai and booked the W. As soon as we arrived, we were met by a 5-star service staff. I mean wow. Szilvia is the lead concierge and everyone smiles, is attentive but not intrusive, and brings joy to the moment. From tea and water in the lobby during check-in to room service being more than making the bed, the service and experience were "punching above its weight class." "
