"Stopped in Charlotte overnight while driving north, and I loved this hotel! The bar and restaurant were attractive with excellent options and a friendly staff and hours that accommodated my late arrival. The room was comfortable, and the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries in the bathroom were much appreciated, as was the spacious shower. Comfy pillows and mattresses along with a nice television made it completely satisfactory stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel for business or...

"Overal the property was well maintained. The fridge and sofa weren’t clean but the Supervisor was very accommodating and assisted us with all our needs. Their was one employee that wasn’t hospitable and had a negative disposition that made customers feel unwelcome. Otherwise, it was peaceful and very pleasant. Despite paying for parking, it was a nightmare to find adequate parking especially after the gate was up for an entire day allowing others to come and go."

"I was happy to learn one could walk from the back of the hotel rail exit and walk to the Spectrum center VIP entrance. I was able to park at the hotel, check in early and go off to my meet n greet at Spectrum center. I just wish I had food for after the concert venue. I guess I am not savvy on scanning QR codes for info and menu's. I couldn't see the full moon from my window but that is not the hotel';s fault.The staff people were helpful and the building was immaculate. I recommend the hotel."
