Zimmer schön und gute Qualität (Bett/Möbel/Bad) Wellness/Pools ist schön, aber bei Andrang chaotisch und ungepflegt. Danach (bis 10 Uhr abends offen und nutzbar) ist es ruhig und angenehm. Frühstücksbuffet ist eher bescheiden, Produktauswahl und qualität ist nicht hochwertig."

"Stayed one night here, after 2 nights at the nearby Hotel Parnass. Parnass was much less expensive and a better value. Had a much larger room at Banhof, but unlike Parnass there was no free breakfast (Parnass has a large and excellent breakfast buffet). Also, my shower had a slow drain and very quickly was standing in a couple of inches of water while showering. Otherwise, very comfortable and convenient. Right across the street from the train station, which was especially nice as I left Zermatt...

"We absolutely loved our stay at CERVO. The view, the food, the quality of the room, the amazing staff, the wonderful spa, the list goes on and on.. It’s a funny feeling because I want CERVO to be visited by everyone visiting Zermatt, but I also wish this very special place to be a secret!! ;) Anyhow, I would recommend this place with 10 out of 10 rating, it’s just AMAZING. We had burgers delivered to our room on the first night and they were so delicious! "

"The stay at this hotel was simply wonderful, we chose it as part of our honeymoon, and I can only say that the service is spectacular, as are the hotel facilities, on our first night we had a small complaint with our room, so we only asked to be moved to another room, and our surprise was that they moved us to another room, much larger and with impressive views of the Matterhorn. Truly, many thanks to all who made our dream stay possible. And especially to Tob"
