"Very clean, feels like I stepped through a time machine back to the seventies with the red carpet and decor, but if this is original carpet they've been taking amazing care of it because it looks brand new! The rooms were very very clean which was the most important to me, and this is probably the cleanest I've ever seen a hotel that is this old. The staff is amazing they're very nice, had an issue and double booked it by accident throughhotels.com, and the front desk guy in the evening was very helpful he spoke to dallas.com for me and walked me through how to correct it."

"Really nice rooms and beautiful lounge! Great food! Only issue I had was my tv didn't work (an engineer fixed it but within like 12 hours it wasn't working again) and when I went to the hot tub the jets weren't going so it was just like sitting in a hot bath. Still five stars because it's a great place for the price and the staff is all friendly and room service was delicious. "
