"We stayed one night for a show at the arena, and will probably do so again. My one complaint is that the gym is not accessible until 8AM. Even with a room key, the door didn’t open until 8 on the nose. We were not the only people hoping to squeeze in a workout at 7AM, so perhaps this is an issue they should look into changing."

"You might want to look into replacing the mattress in Room 207. It looks fine, but when you sit or lie on it, it squeaks badly (box spring?) and has quite the worn dip in it from many people lying on it. Other than that the riin was fine."

"The overall impression of the Hilton Mystic was decent. It is a modern, clean, and easy to reach hotel. The check-in was nothing short of fantastic. The room, however, was adequate at best, the bed uncomfortable. The service in the bar, there for a beer around 9:00 p.m. was simply deplorable. I finished my beer and waited ten minutes for someone to attend me. One of the two bartenders was too busy watching the football game on the other side of the bar."

"My cousin and I went on a weekend trip to the area, and chose this hotel online. Our main goal is safety and cleanliness and this place did offer that. It is a refurbished older hotel. The room was very nice and it is near all the activity in Mystic. The pool only opened at 10am so we never got to see it due to our schedule. Breakfast area was very clean, helpful staff, and decent options for a bite to eat (self-serve). If traveling with kids I would recommend it."
