"This is my regular bkk hotel for over 10years. Despite the change of new staff within several months in 2024, I was still greeted with the same hospitality, helpful and smiling faces including security guard and Ya & Jame (precovid). The new staff are all extremely helpful. I'm always back as it's an Aparthotel and washing machine is preferable. There are lots of staff since the clientele are regular Japanese who stay longer however this trip there were other nationalities. Pros: 1) big decent...
