"it’s clean,cheap and nice guest house!!"

"The lady told us we couldnt check in before 4pm (2 hours later than we should) because someone else had paid for a late check out witch was very annoynig. Our room coukd also not be locked from the outside, so we had ti leave our stuff unlocked when we went out. There is also alot of mosquitos in the lobby and we couldnt adjust the AC. But taking in account that this place is really cheap - we had a nice stay. The rooms are really nice, but I would not stay again."

"We had a wonderful time at Sabuy Chiangmai. The location is excellent, close to dining options and a convience store, 3 Wats (Temples), and in walking distance from the market and China town. Best of all, the proprietor was very friendly and kind, had great tips about what to visit and how to get around town. We loved the common room downstairs with water, a kettle, and a large table to sit and meet other travelers. A little café next door serves breakfast. Should we visit Chiangmai again, we...

"My partner and I had an amazing stay at Kavil House. The rooms were very clean and big enough to feel comfortable. I did not have a cell phone and my airline lost my luggage. The staff was extremely helpful and diligent in personally reaching out to the airport to keep my updated on the status of my bag. The owners are so friendly. Located on a quiet, safe alleyway in the center of town. I would recommend this stay to anyone."

"We really loved the location and helpful staff. Very comfortable. One block from the street market and Saturday Night market. Good restaurants nearby. Many coffee/tea shops. Quiet, but really close to the energy of Chiang Mai. Many good choices for massages. All in easy walking distance. Easy for tours to pick us up. Comfortable room and several comfortable common areas on firt floor."
