"Fint hotell, god service. Fint og rent bad, gode senger (litt harde, men jeg liker det best). Frokosten var veldig god (betalte 15£ per pers per dag, får en varmrett og kald buffet). Ligger veldig lett tilgjengelig i London. Veldig lett å komme seg rundt. Maks 10 min å gå til undergrunn og togstasjon. Går direktetog til Gatwick fra den togstasjonen. Gåavstand til Buckingham Palace og Hyde Park. Skal man farte rundt i London så er dette en god beliggenhet. Eneste minuset er at det er veldig...

"Small, clean and comfortable. The couple of employees I met were friendly and helpful. The hotel we're doing works on 5 floor, but not seemingly at the weekend. Area is quiet, again it was the weekend so can't connect on weekdays. Very short walk to London eye and houses of parliament. Great location to stay "

"It is a beautiful hotel. On check in we accepted the offer of 20 pounds in lieu of have the room serviced daily. Unfortunately the restriction on the voucher made I unusable on our departure day. So we feel like we were taken advantage of. We gave up having the room properly cleaned and them could not use the voucher because the hotel cafe did not accept them and the main restaurant did not open by our departure time. We did not know about these restrictions"

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
