"A very large bright and breezy hostel. Focused happy and helpful staff. The building is a conversion not purpose built but you get everything you need. A good comfortable bed. Clean bedding. The third floor was a building site. A good place to hostel, near to the city. I walked to the river in 40 mins though buses were running at 5am ."

YouTube was not working properly and there was no Netflix or Prime available. I was only there for one night so didn’t request it to be fixed either. But I’m sure they would’ve dealt with it. "

"Hotel was easy to check in with staff, didn’t have to use screens. Room was ready when we arrived. The room size was small for 3 adults with luggage. The bed was okay I’ve slept in a lot worse, pillows were so comfortable I wanted one for home. Only issue we had was the shower, the pressure was great but the drain was slow and backed up. Housekeeping checked it and said it was fine. Location was very convenient for site seeing and some great local places to eat. I would stay there again and...

Good location however poor service.

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
