"We booked (2) queen beds. Upon our arrival, there were only Kings available. To compensate, they upgraded us to a stunning corner room on the 18th floor (and a free Rollaway bed if we wanted one). So incredibly nice, and such a beautiful property!"

"When we arrived, the sink was dirty and it took a while before the head of housekeeping arrived and cleaned it himself. This was literally the only inconvenient part. The hotel and staff were wonderful. "

"The hotel was good, the room was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms were ok, probably could be more cleaner. The location was perfect, it’s easier to go to the main interest places in Chicago. Good rate quality price."
