Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Near South Side

"The staff was very helpful and friendly. When we entered our room we noticed it was extremely cold and we didn’t have enough towels for all the guests. We brought it to the front desk attention and they were quick to rectify the matter. Staff personally came up to help us adjust the thermostat and fresh towels were brought up to our room. The waffles were really good for breakfast. The sausage links could have been cooked a little more. But overall our stay was good. "

"Overall it was a good property. Close to the highway and restaurants. Our room didn’t look anything like the photos, very outdated. When checking in no one was at the front desk waited about 20 minutes as they were in the restroom a sign at the front desk would be nice. Both ice machines on our floor were broken. "
