"Not enough towels in room for 4 day stay,had to turn in towels to get fresh ones...issues with TV....resolved...quickly ..very nice staff .."

"Very nice amenities but parking was awful. They lure you into a time share presentation. The room was nice, had some weird quirks. Lights came on in the middle of the night, fan would start and stop randomly. Not enough garbage cans and the toilet ran all night. We were on the 3rd floor and the upstairs neighbors had children running laps every night. I never received the receipt I asked for to find out what the charges were for"

"Our stay was great! Our only small thing was we didn’t have hand towels in master bathroom…we also didn’t ask as we spent most time with family elsewhere. We took hand towels outa other bathroom (extra bathroom & bedroom not used). It was very nice otherwise. Thank you!!"

"We come here every year foe 10 days. Its always clean and so nice and peaceful. Great for 2 or 4 people. Needs some updating inside visually but that is the ONLY thing. Staff is so friendly and helpful. The location to downtown is perfect"
