"Cute hotel! Finding it is a tad bit awkward but once you get there it's great! Only negative i can say is furniture and carpet are dated and a bit worn, but it doesn't deter from the great location and off the beaten path!"

"Location was very convenient relative to SEA airport, yet was quiet. It was also close to the Southcenter Mall area. Facility was showing wear in the carpets in the hallways, and items in my room, like the desk chair, which had a crack in the leather. Front desk staff were quiet friendly. "This place was awesome for my fiancée and I! We were a 5ish min walk to Trader Joe’s, less than 10 min walk to the sealink train, multiple buses and rapid transit! The place was very clean and we appreciated the little details! In the bathroom there is soap, shampoo and conditioner (they smell AMAZING)! "The tiny little wall heater struggled to keep the place warm. It was freezing most of the time until I finally figured out how to change the program on the thermostat. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, lotion, Kleenex, or laundry soap. I figured it out, but would have been nice to have those items. The bed was quite soft. I slept well, but feel like a longer stay might not have been good. There were no extra blankets or pillows. I loved that it was in walking distance to the grocery store...

"The location was ideal for us. We love Capital Hill. There were issues in the flat: unreliable shower water pressure, no porch light, minimal silverware, light out in hallway above apartment door, a couple blinds were a little broken. There was also trash in front of building along sidewalk. "

"We were unaware we were in a basement, although didn’t look like it, we still would’ve wanted to know. Surroundings outside were unsafe due to the homeless sleeping at the park. The community center across the street also attracted a bunch of rowdy people. "

"The AC hose was broken which made it almost impossible to keep the second floor apartment cool. The floors and counter were clean, but the walls in the bedroom need a scrub. Overall not great but I will say the bed was incredibly comfortable. "

"I have been staying at Mediterranean Inn for several years. It's such a lovely property! The rooms are comfy and full of light. The housekeeping staff deserves big kudos, because they always have the rooms clean and tidy. It's an old building, and could probably use some upgrades; the gym is simple and doesn't have a lot of equipment, but it's enough to get a quick workout before exploring the city. Great location! Lots to do an see in the area."
