"A solid place to stay for events at or around MSG, most everything you need in easy walking distance, cheaper validated parking than most and rooms were larger than competitors in the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful but rooms could use some updating and maintenance. Would stay again. "

"The air conditioning in our room did not work, and it took almost two hours for them to send engineers and ultimately move us that took away from our quiet time in the afternoon, which was not fair. We wanted to take a nap and rest up before a party on Halloween. We did not get to do that."
