"We’ve been staying at this hotel for 7 years during the holiday season, and this is one of our favorites. However, this year we were very disappointed with the very short list of activities prepared for the guests. The new management is not quite successful with the entertainment program. The previous management had numerous activities throughout the day, including activities for children, entertainment at the lobby, hot cocoa during the day, a coffee bar by the lobby. "The hotel and the grounds were nice great location. The room needed a few things to be fixed, the soaking tub did not hold water, bathroom door did not have a working lock, TV and DVD player in the living room did not function so evenings were spent piled up in one of the bedrooms to watch a movie. "

"The condo is within walkable distance to restaurants and to the Hyatt Regency Resort and Casino. Short drive to near ski areas. Groceries are just a few minutes away. Highly recommendable if you plan to visit north Lake Tahoe."

"All staff members we interacted with had great customer service. They were all extremely helpful. The breakfast bar was set up so you could easily see what was available and I loved the freedom of taking it to my room to enjoy on the balcony. The coffee, tea and cookie bar in the afternoon was a nice treat as well. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we are already making plans to return with our family."
