"Staff Great Food Great Bed comfortable"

"Room (junior suite) was a good size room with decent amenities. Good hot shower and bed was comfy. Room service was great with the staff and food quality good. Would recommend :) "

"Firstly the staffs are all friendly and great however the service does not reflect the product. Layout of the room is weird but that is okay. My stay would be much better if the cleaniness is there. There are bugs in the toilet and the bedsheets are stained so as long hairs found as well. Breakfast has a great variety. "

"Next Trip kalo.ke Cilacap saya gak bakal nginep di Hotel ini lagi. Heheh... Karena: 1. Cek in lama, dan banyak gak sesuai request. Malah beberapa dapat kamar smoking. 2. Lokasi tidak dekat dengan pusta kota (keramaian/alun-alun) 3. Saat mau sarapan sempat tidak diperbolehkan, karena dianggap booking room only. (Ada miss di sistem reservasi hotel dengan penyedia aplikasi). Beruntung resepsionisnya memahami dan solutif, ahirnya bisa sarapan."
