"Room was VERY dated. Stove was so old the numbers on the dials were worn off. We have stayed here a few times and love the location. I appreciate the lower price but this one needs to be updated. Good shower pressure. Love that they supply towels for the beach"

"It was a good place to stay with kids. We felt safe in the hotel due to the security measures that are taken. The one thing that would be nice along with holding your bags until you leave after checking out would be a location to shower before leaving the island. A lot of the flights leave late at night and if you want to catch those last rays of sunshine before heading home it would be nice to wash off the salt water and sand. Overall, it was a good place to stay, and I would stay again. "

"Communication was so easy and great! The unit is very nice and modern. The building is an only building but you don’t feel it in the unit. Very convenient, the security is downstairs all time, the beach is right there. I will stay here again next time when I travel to Hawaii. "

Our room was absolutely huge and the staff did an incredible job cleaning every day. It was well appointed with all of the amenities you would need for a nice, long stay. "Overall the property was great. The only thing that needs improvement is the check in process, especially with travellers flying in late in the evening. If it wasn't for one of the friendly tenants calling the security guard for me, we probably wouldn't be able to get into our suite. There's no front desk reception. So My suggestion to management is to email travellers of check in instructions and what to expect at least 3 days prior to check in. But other than that, our stay was great!"

"Staff was courteous. The meeting facilities were excellent as was the conference food. They provide an aluminum refillable water bottle which was ecofriendly and also a nice souvenir. There are many water fill stations around the hotel. The sushi restaurant on the ground floor is amazing."
