"Fidelity is a charming boutique hotel, clean and with beautiful decor offering seamless blend of elegance and comfort. The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. We had a delicious breakfast at the Club Room. I hope they would provided a coffee maker in the room and not a kettle. But I will still recommend this hotel. "

"Great stay, great area especially for food choices, downfall the pool was out. Was told on the phone we would have access to kent states campus pool, then when we arrived we were not able to use the facility. Was abit disappointed in that as we were going to relax in the pool for a few hours before our event. "

"The room is always very clean. If you stay on the backside of the hotel, you will hear the freeway noise. But we’ve stayed there several times and I’ve never had a problem except for the first time when they were having problem with their hot water, but that has been resolved. For the price it’s worth it."
