"Great location close to public transport and a variety of supermarkets. An excellent restaurant was next door. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room had a cooktop and microwave, but lacked a number of basics to make the stay more enjoyable: No microwave containers and pots to do any type of cooking. there were no dinner plates supplied. there were only 2 coffee mugs and 2 side plates supplied. This all meant using the dishwasher after every meal. An ice cube tray would also...

"Stay was fine, unfortunately the area around the praterstern train station is rough particularly in evening/ weekends. It does get better towards the hotel and there is a closer station you can use that is smaller/ cleaner. The breakfast was fine, maybe slightly slim selection for what you pay for but acceptable. The air conditioner did not work and the explanation was that they only turn it on in summer which was silly."

"Perfekt für einen Städteurlaub. Zimmergröße dafür ausreichend. Frühstücksbuffet und Restaurant im Hotel sehr lecker und empfehlenswert. Schwachstelle: die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern hat nicht genügend Leistung, um die Zimmer bei Sonneneinstrahlung herunterzukühlen. Konstant 25grad. Und dabei ist es Ende April…"
