"The apartment is well located and vonvenient - it's a 8 minute walk to the Hakata Station. It is true to description but well equipped especially thd kitchen. Thr bathroom was excellent as it's modern and thr ling bath is superb. Management was super helpful and responsive to every query andvrequest we made. Value for money. "

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

"간단한 조리(간편식)정도 하고싶었는데 조리도구, 수세미나 주방세제가 없어서 포기 (작은 냄비하나, 물컵4개, 인덕션, 커피포트가 전부) 컵라면 물 끓이는 정도는 가능하겠으나 남은 음식물 처리가 어려울 듯 하여 아무것도 조리 하지 않음 전체적으로 룸 컨디션 정말 좋았으나 샤워룸에서 하수구냄새 올라와서 냄새에 예민한 나는 건조 포기하고 문 꼭꼭 닫고 생활했음 세탁기있어서 캡슐세제 가져갔으나 세탁기 먼지제거(청소)가 안되어있어서 검은 빨래에 붙어나옴 건조기능이 있지만 우리나라 건조기와 다르니 널어서 말리는 것을 추천하지만 빨래줄이나 옷걸이 넉넉히 챙겨가시길. (기본 옷걸이 4개 있음) 그러나 이 모든걸 따져봐도 위치도 탁월하고 가격까지 좋아서 다음 후쿠오카 방문에도 MK호텔 이용할것임!"

"가족여행 숙소로 매우 좋은 숙소 같습니다. 더블 침대3개라 4명이서 지내기엔 좋았습니다. 간단히 아침이나 밤에 맥주한잔 할수도 있는 테이블과 쇼파가 있고, 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있고 세면대도 욕실 바로앞에 분리되어 있어 좋습니다. 세탁기 있습니다. 근데 저희는 사용 안했어요. 무인 호텔이라 수건을 빨아써야한다고 했는데 세탁하고 건조시키는게 너무 귀찮아서 수건 4장 더 챙겨가서 사용했습니다. 다음에 만약 텐진쪽으로 또 온다면 다시 숙박할 생각입니다. 체크인할때 담당자와 통화되는데 어설픈 영어쓰면 바로 한국사람이냐고 한국말로 물어봐주고 그다음부턴 한국말로만 대화했습니다. 체크인 금방되구요. 룸 컨디션 뿐만 아니고 건물 전체가 깨끗합니다. "

"Our accommodations were very spacious and clean. There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. It is about a 10 minute cab ride from Hakata station."

"8人で宿泊予約をした時点で23000円➕宿泊税で凄く安くてびっくりしました！当日変更があり、6人になってしまいましたが変更も受け入れて頂き、チェックインもギリギリだったのを連絡して了承頂きました。とても親切で助かりました。駐車場は無く近隣Ｐに停めましたがさほど高くない料金でした。キッチンもあり、食器など全て揃っているので友達同士で泊まるのも楽しいと思います。ありがとうございました。 "

"I am from Hong Kong. After I book it, the hotel send me an email that I need to enter the customers name and parking places through VPN. However, Hong Kong(places outside Japan) cannot access the website to enter the information. The hotel don’t allow place outside Japan to access the information. This make me so inconvenient. There is no staff in the hotel and is all done by previous booking and AI. So you have no one to talk to. The house also no one to clean. The booking access and cleaning...

"Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin is a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station, so the location is really convenient and good. The staff is also very friendly, and since there are many Korean guests, there are staff who can speak Korean. The room size is small, but clean, and there is enough space to fully open the suitcase. The bathroom is also very clean. If I come to Fukuoka again, I would like to stay at this hotel again."
