"The view to die for. all day sun. The apartment layout. Massive outdoor area, with spa, outdoor furniture, BBQ. Kitchen well equipped.lots of power points. Easy walk into shops, restaurants, ferry. beach across the road. Comfortable beds and fans in each bedrooms. Dislikes, l lack of parking on site, only one car park for a 3 Bedroom apartment. "Wonderful place to stay, with extra touches to make our stay special. Accommodation was clean and comfortable with plenty of space, with a balcony offering beautiful views over Bay of Islands. Excellent location for getting to quay fir boat and ferry trips and within walking distance of Waitangi Treaty Grounds. (Although the steep walk back up hill after a day out is quite tough...but view was worth it). "

"Outstanding - I could not rate higher. Fantastic location with waterfront view, spacious and with full kitchen WITH THE TYPES OF UTENSILS YOU WOULD HAVE IN YOUR OWN KITCHEN - not just the "tick box" commonly found. Unit was clean, and instructions on check-in and processes clear and straightforward. This is not the first time I've gone to Paihia - and the accommodation here was head-and-shoulders better then anything I've had before."
