We stayed in the Royal Hideaway room with the jetted tub and it was well worth the extra splurge. The location is very convenient to downtown and to the Biltmore, but still tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. "Abbington Green made for a perfect base for spend a couple of days in Asheville. The location is within 5-10 min drive to all the most popular attractions and restaurants, yet quiet and secluded. The house is well appointed, comfortable, and exudes southern charm. Cherie & Dean and the kindest and most attentive hosts anyone could wish for. And breakfast is to die for! "At the time of booking a bed-and-breakfast I thought that breakfast would be included and be prepared by cook. But I got breakfast in a bag in refrigerator to take to my room. If I would’ve known prior to booking the bed and breakfast I would’ve not to stay there."

"We could not recommend highly enough. Willy and Shoney are great hosts. Three-course breakfasts were amazing. Homemade cookies set out as take-aways every day. Free glasses of wine on the porch in the evening. Wonderful live music included on Saturday night. On-point advice about what to do around Asheville. All in a beautiful and historic home. I don't know what they could do to make it better. Just a fantastic place to stay."
