"Great location. Updated unit which was very clean and comfortable. I did not realize I had to bring my own toilet paper, so we had to make a trip to the store after settling in. There is not 1 hook or rack to hang a wet towel or bathing suit. 3 bath towels given for 3 people so they needed to be hung to be re-used for a few days. There was no bath mat or extra towel to put down on the floor for getting out of the shower. There was no place to put luggage on other than the floor. Wifi barely...

"My husband booked this for us last night for Valentines Day, we tried several times to call and message to let them know when we would arrive and had a few more questions, after many attempts we didn’t even go as you have to call them to get the key and they never answered or replied to us. This is non-refundable so we didn’t go and we have lost our money. After seeing the first review I’m not sure why this is offered on any site. "

"I love that this property is right on the beach. We were there over Christmas. The property was not fully booked, so it was fairly quiet. The Gulf was too cold for us, but we enjoyed using the the provided lounge chairs to relax on the beach. Lots of shelling to do. Not a lot of people at this time. Pool was not a bad temperature and was clean. The property looks like an old motor lodge, but they have kept it nice. Our room did not have a lot of updates, but it was sufficient. "The place is not what they said it was. The boats are not clean. No working kitchen or bathroom. In my opinion very sketchy to say the least. Do not book you will be very disappointed.. The local law enforcement is looking to talk to the owner. That is what a local sheriff’s deputy had said to us. What a joke! Don’t do it."

"Great place right in the heart of Bradenton Beach. Walking distance from restaurants and shops and right on the tram line for exploring this wonderful area. Staff we spoke to were really friendly and helpful. The room was a little dated (but I believe that a refurbishment is happening) but was clean and offered everything we needed for our two night break. We were sorry to leave and will return in the future."

"Would definitely stay here again. Clean, comfy, convenient, and recently updated, although it still retains a cute 1950's Florida vibe because of the way it's designed and decorated. I give it two demerits, although I will not let them affect my overall rating because they were manageable: (1) Despite the listing including a restaurant, there is NO restaurant. The Tiki Bar serves a half dozen appetizers, but that does not a restaurant make. (2) They have a LOUD AND RAUCOUS "Drag Bingo"...
