"The room was clean and pretty basic. No refrigerator, no iron nor ironing board. The only issue i had was, they didnt tell me i had to insert the key into a slot on the wall after i opened the door. If you dont do this, you can turn on any lights. In my attempt to turn on lights i accidentally hit the emergency button on the bathroom wall Dont do that! "When we first arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, at 11:30 PM when we were about to go to bed, we heard laughing, screaming, and people running up and down the hall for more than 30 minutes. The staff was very kind to move us immediately to a different floor. Rooms were nice and a good size with a beautiful view of the Han River. It was a little far from the city (about an hour by public transport) but overall we had a good experience!"
