"Location was great and the area was buzzing with activity. Two lawsons 1-3 mins walk from the hotel. What is best was the service. Our son hurt his knee and the hotel staff went out of the way to look for a clinic for us, book a taxi to the clinic, and did follow ups after that, even leaving a note when they didn’t see us that evening. My son also badly wanted a transparent umbrella (small sized, perfect for a kid) and I asked where I can purchase it from. As soon as I returned to my room, the...

"セルフチェックインのホテルは初めてで、以前の口コミでチェックインの仕方がわかりづらいと記載があったので心配していましたが、特に問題なかったです。タブレットの問い合わせボタンを押せばオペレーターとすぐにテレビ電話が繋がり、迅速に対応してもらえるので非常に助かりました。事前にメールで問合せをした際も返信が早く、親切な対応で良かったです。お風呂の排水溝の流れがかなり悪かった点と、ベッドと壁の隙間にお菓子の袋のゴミが落ちていた点は改善を望みますが、それ以外は満足です。"

"Very nice people work in the hotel, very helpful."

"The location is good as it is within walking distance to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi area. It is also near to many train stations which make travelling to other places convenient. The Pokemon room is well decorated with a big Snolax and spacious with dining area, kitchen, bunk bed and double twin bed. The shower and toilet rooms are separated. There is also a laundry room for you to wash and dry your clothes. Highly recommended for those family traveling with kids :)"

"Good for its price. The property was clean. The bed sheets and towels were clean. However, the surrounding area was dirty. There were cigarette butts everywhere and some animal crap on pedestrian walk. Felt unsafe after seeing people arguing loudly. And one person wanted to get run over. A lot of bicyclists as well. We were very careful walking. I was disappointed the property didn’t message me back after inquiring about luggage delivery. "

"Having 2 toilet is really good for a group of 4, we’ve chosen a room with loft. Dotonbori is not that far, will take approximately 8mins walk. There’s a supermarket very close to the place which is cheaper than buying in convenience store. "

"We chose this hotel mainly for the spa and proximity to mount Fuji but I did not expect the views we received in the morning. We were blessed with clear skies and saw Mount Fuji in all of its glory. The room(s) were spacious and the bath tub was nice and comfortable. The property is a tad dated though in the sense that each room is operated with a key and not a keycard "
