"Very pleasant stay. Great view of Mt. Fuji right at the front door of the resort. Everything you need is provided. Best dinner ever with the BBQ they provided. We bought very fresh food at nearby supermarket and grilled them for dinner. Staffs were really helpful while I sprained my ankle the first night. Appreciated their help."

"The property was in a good location and has plenty of space. Our family of 4 stayed in villa b and loved the unique floor plan- almost 3 floors with narrow staircase and loft steps. There was a view of lake ashi. The unit supplied necessary items and we could cook if we wanted to. The washer/dryer combo didn’t dry too well though. "

"全体的にきれいだったが、「マッサージチェアの一部の機能が使えない」「加湿器が壊れていた」「ダイニングチェアが汚れていた」などがあった。オペレーターの方の対応はとても丁寧だった。宿直前の道がかなり狭いので、注意が必要。"

"北館を利用させてもらいした。荷物搬入用の駐車スペースは入口は狭いものの自分的には問題無しでした（車種はハリアー）しかし南館併設の駐車場はすごくわかりにくい。日が落ちるタイミングだったので見辛く何度も通り過ぎてしまい周辺をグルグル周りながらなんとか辿り着きました。北館にも駐車スペースが確保できたら完璧だったと思います。そんなことより家族は大変満足しておりここの系列の他のとこも行ってみたいと言ってます。また利用したい施設になりました。 1個気になったのは部屋に大量の殺虫剤があり、虫が多い時期に来たらちょっと大変そうだなって思いました。"

"サウナ付き最高でした⭐︎備品も揃えており、大変過ごしやかったです。また、朝ごはんのフレンチトーストもレストラン並のお味でとても美味しかったです！スムージーも何種類か用意されていて朝ごはんあんまり食べない女性には嬉しいです！ありがとうございました！"

"Booked the deluxe unit, seems like only deluxe unit have roof top balcony, which have the mount Fuji View. Many eateries and convenience store nearby. For Drivers, the villa provided free parking. Most of the shops around the area has free parking. The rooms are clean, the living hall is huge. "

"Staying at Lake Villa Kawaguchiko has been amazing. You can easily get best view of Mt.Fuji from the villa or short walk from the villa. The only minus is the surrounding area are a bit far if you need to buy daily necessities. But in overall it’s a great stay. P.S: make sure you use their onsen."

"I booked 3 days to stay in this property. We decided on the first day that it is not for us and refunded the last day. Cons: To start, the walk to the property is the furthest walk on the entire street practically only up hill walking. It is quite annoying to get anywhere if you want to leave the property. The laundry machine is broken and leaks everywhere, leading to badly washed clothes and a wet floor. The beds were wet before we entered the villa. We tried to sleep, but too moist to...
