"Location on Chalathat Beach was perfect. Near to beach front, playground, street food zone. Parking was easy. Staff service was impeccable, especially the bell boys. Friendly and warm staffs. Pool zone and water park not overly crowded. Ample sitting areas and love the pool access rooms. Bicycles for hotel guest use without additional charges was awesome, only wished bike conditions were better maintained and installed with bells. Some bikes had broken and non functioning brakes. "Easily, the beast hotel in Thailand. Everything was six star. 2 small and weird problems - stunning pool with attached gym etc - yet there are only TWO sun loungers around the entire pool! Everyone else had to sit in hard wooden upright chairs. No relaxing here. Were all the sun loungers stolen???? 2nd - we asked Reception to call a taxi for us to go into the main town. They wouldn't - they just suggested we download a rideshare app! Which proved so hard with an Australian phone etc. "

"The hotel seems new. They have kids club so ur little ones will not be bored. Bath tub available. However it will be better if theres a screen in the toilet. Breakfast option could be better. Though the staff should be better trained. Instead of rightaway charging breakfast for a child, staff should actually ask the parent for the age. Walking distance ard 10 mins to 711 n Mini Big C and self service laundry. Grab to central mall n asean market is around 80 baht. Parking is within the hotel...

"This hotel is nearby to all amenities. Morning can go kim yong market. There are morning market outside the hotel. Within walking distance to odean and robinson. All the shopping are nearby. Easy to call grab to go for shopping. Food average around this area and the restauramt is rather expensive."
