"We really enjoyed our stay at The PARKROYAL Suites , the room had all we needed for a comfortable stay, with some nice extras , the only complaint we had was we stayed 3 nights and on 2 nights we were disturbed by a broken A/C which leaked badly lots of water down on our cooked food , and then had on both nights service engineers in our room for like 30 minutes with cleaning service to follow , But at checkout we never received no thanks , not a word about this disturbance and then we got hit...

"快適な滞在でした。ツインタワーにも徒歩圏内でカウントダウンからの帰りも快適でした。また、エレベーターの数も多く大規模ホテルにありがちなエレベーター待ちもありませんでした。唯一の改善点はやはり老朽化です。特に巾木部分等が朽ちていたりしているのが放置してありました。機能的な問題はなくても少しの費用で更新出来て気分良く泊まれるので是非改善して欲しいです。"

"The check in process was more clunky than it needs to be. Simply let me pay before I arrive online, or have the ability to take payment when picking up the key. Room was fine with a nice large room and wonderful view in a great part of the city. Towels were really old and should be upgraded. Bed was stiffer than it needed to be. "

"We love our stay at The Ascott Star KLCC and would definitely recommend the hotel. Facilities are great, the rooftop restaurant and swimming pool are great, they have a fully equipped gym and a second swimming pool in the 6th floor, views to the Petronas Towers and the rooms are large with everything you would need to feel just like home. Above all else, the staff is very helpful and friendly. "

"It’s is probably the best stay I ever had in any country. Location is superb with monorail linked, a mall with plenty of grocery and dining options, location right in the the heart of city, brand new facilities like swimming pool and gym, polite staff. 5 star for me all the way. Thank you. "

"Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall. "

"The room was big and the pool was certainly great. Dining options nearby are limited; we only found two cheap, local (non touristy) eateries—which we did love. Communication through expedia’s messages did not work (zero reply on check in and check out process questions); need to directly call the guy."

"The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. The apartment was really good, spacious and neat. Though I'd work a bit on vacuuming the floors. It's just a small thing though, overall a great value for the price. The view couldn't remove a smile from my face "
