"Our room was sold as a full view of the falls from our balcony, but there was a roof line extended from below our balcony that obstructed the full view of the falls. The property seemed to have a nice atmosphere with the different spaces and room themes though there were some areas undergoing maintenance at the time of our stay. Wir waren als Familie mit 1 Kind im Guest Cottage für (leider nur) 2 Nächte und haben den Regenwald und die Nähe zum Volcanoes Nationalpark genossen. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt, Frühstück wird jeweils am Vortag nach Wunsch geliefert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! "

"This resort is no longer open, however we were not notified by E prior to arriving onsite after booking well in advance. Luckily the staff were very nice and explained the situation, but we had to make last minute accommodations to stay elsewhere which was not fun after a long day of traveling. Lesson learned: either book directly or confirm bookings outside of Expedia since their notification system is not reliable."
