"We paid an extra for an ocean view but were disappointed to find it was mostly a building view with just a slight bay view—definitely not what was advertised. Since we were celebrating our anniversary, we expected at least a small acknowledgment, but there was no special touch, not even a simple card or congratulations. Service was also lacking. "We stayed at the One Particular Harbour residence next to the resort and it was fabulous! Our room was very spacious, well appointed and had gorgeous views! All of the staff were very welcoming and extremely service oriented. The food and drinks were great however very expensive. They add 10% value added tax plus another 15% to everything. Even the groceries we had delivered to our room (as it had a full kitchen) were extremely expensive. Not sure why they would add a 15% tourism tax to...
